Suzanne was recommended to me by a specialist, who described her as “a genius.” After one session, I had to agree. Suzanne went beyond the diagnoses I had been given over time to accurately identify—and explain in detail I never heard before—why my problematic back had given me so much trouble recently that I ended up on crutches. Some of the exercises were even repeats of earlier routines but explained and done correctly. It was hard work, but it made a huge difference in the strength and tone of my body. I now use what I learned whenever I go to a gym or work with any trainer. I feel and look healthier.

I have been to many other therapists and Suzanne is by far the best. Her knowledge, ability to explain and guide patients, is just at another level. I have chronic back problems and my quality of life has improved significantly since I started seeing her. Not only I feel better physically but also mentally.

After having an MRI and X-ray for my long-term SI joint and hip pain and getting no advice from the orthopedic surgeon except "Don't do anything that hurts" and several bouts of ineffective PT from Spear I finally found Suzanne. She diagnosed my pain as being caused by weak lateral core and glute muscles and gave detailed exercises and explanations of how to strengthen my core. She also made me aware of how I was using my back muscles to compensate for a weak core. Thanks to Suzanne I am now on a program that has almost eliminated my pain.

Suzanne was extremely helpful with my winged scapula. She would give very detailed exercises that are realistic to your schedule. She also took the time to deal with my insurance to make sure my out of network claims got approved. She's great!
