Suwanee Dental Care

Finally found a dental office that works for me! My husband and I both had appointments at 8 and they took us in right away even though there were so many people in the waiting room. Because they have so many dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistants here, they are able to work efficiently without delay in care. Ms. Anita took her time with my teeth and was honest about the services that I may need urgently vs services that can be done another time. Dr. Patel is super sweet and performed a very comprehensive exam. All prices were informed before check out so there were no surprise hidden fees. :)

My First time here .From the receptionist to the Dental assistant terrific .First time I met Dr. Patel she is outstanding. Will be bringing my daughter now and will be sure she is her Dentist. When checking out the lady was so helpful totally happy from beginning to end done right !

I was happy to find Suwanee Dental as part of my insurance network. Dr.Kim and her staff are dedicated to serving patients in the most effective and friendly manner I could imagine. From the receptionist at the front desk to the technician, it seems that their only goal is to make the patient comfortable and painless throughout the process. Seeing a dentist had never been such a pleasant experience for me. I was a satisfied customer.

This was my second cleaning and it was not as pleasant as the first visit. My first cleaning was great. Second, not as much. I was taken back at 10:15. My appointment was at 10. It felt rushed and was messy. I was finally given glasses towards the end of the cleaning after a shot of water to the eye. I hope it was just an off day.

Everyone, from the front desk staff to the hygienist to the doctor, was kind, informative, and made me feel comfortable. Adrian, my hygienist, gave me a new patient tour of the office and explained every procedure being performed in detail and gave me time to ask questions. He truly cared about getting to know me, and what my concerns and expectations were for the appointment. Dr. Patel was extremely kind and outgoing and explained the treatment needed in detail. This practice goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable!
