Sutter Urgent Care

I had a great doctor on my last visit to Urgent Care. His name is Dr. Sawsawn Hayatdavoudi, MD. I have been unwell since the end of October last year to now. I remember his saying to me, "I want you to get well." What he said to me had great meaning for me because I have been sick for so long a time. He did extra tests on me and prescribed a different kind of medicine over what I had been taking. All the doctors at Urgent Care are wonderful and caring, but at times there is a doctor, who for me, was a special doctor. I highly recommend him. Carolyn J.

I went to Urgent Care on 12/9/25 due to dizziness, fever and chest soreness from coughing. Front desk team quickly checked me in and was immediately taken in by nurse Manisha who took time to listen carefully to my concerns and made sure I felt heard and understood. I was attended by doctor Erica Lewis who quickly heard all the symptoms and diagnosis was made.I was diagnosed with pneumonia and was given antibiotics. Care team were very fast, kind and efficient. Overall, a very positive experience.

Excellent service and care. The receptionists took me in and was kind and personable. The entire staff introduced themselves by name and made the experience feel compassionate. Doctors listened and were patient and provided me with crutches. I am so happy to have switched from the other previous provider.

Was able to be seen within an hour at a medical clinic on a Sunday with two double eye infections. Earlier treatement, leads to quicker recovery. Thank you for being open,

Past Saturday October 30th , I went to the Urgent Care at San Carlos. I am very grateful for the excellent care I received from all members of the team starting with Dr. David Andreski . Arnold L. , Amber C. And the kind CT scan technician. They treated me with respect, empathy and explained very professionally my treatment to follow. I will highly recommend this facility for anybody needing urgent care,
