Our son has been a patient of Dr. Andrews for about 3 years now. We've been very pleased by the time Dr Andrews has taken to assess and wait for the right moment in our child's dental maturing to start orthodontics. Dr. Andrews took extra measures to meet with the oral surgeon for our son's wisdom teeth extraction, discussing needs for his 12 year molars to increase the chance of success in trying to reposition them (needless to say, things were a bit complicated with those molars). She suggested rescheduling an appointment to support our son's healing post oral surgery and was very supportive of our sons desire to have InVisalign. But because of the complexities with his 12 year molars (especially on the bottom), per her guidance, we opted for braces on the bottom and invisalign on the

Great Orthodontist and Staff! Dr. Andrew and her staff are wonderful. My 8-year-old daughter Emma is very happy with her braces. She started with an upper palate expander and now has upper braces. During the first appointment, Dr. Andrews was welcoming. She explained Emma’s orthodontic treatment in detail and gave us estimated time frames. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. All my questions were answered clearly. April was fantastic in setting up appointments and follow-ups. She handled dental insurance information, coverage, and everything else in the office. The dental assistants are also great. They are patient, always smiling, and explained in detail how Emma should take care of her teeth and how to brush properly. They were definitely very helpful.
