I was very hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but I’m so happy to say I had a wonderful experience! I wish I could remember the dentist’s name — he was incredibly patient and understanding. I’ve struggled for years with getting completely numb for dental work, but this time I didn’t feel a thing, and my issues were fully resolved. For the first time, I can honestly say I’m happy to go back for my general cleanings every six months going forward.

I don’t know why people are complaining that badly about this dentist 1 it’s welfare so I mean when it’s welfare it’s never boujie but the place is nice the people are nice my first time there today and they cleaned my teeth pretty good was very nice and respectful to me even knew my teeth situation and was gentle going !! Maybe some days was bad days but doesn’t everyone have a bad day once in a while ? Give this place a chance if u have too don’t let these reviews stop you

Place shouldn’t even have business staff are 100% flat out disrespectful and unprofessionalism is a huge thing in this place. Ypu go in for a cleaning and walk out upset with yourself. Have patients use the dental machines that are for the workers to use is yet again NOT OKAY workers here lack the work ethic and should not be trusted to preform any kind of work in the dental. It’s pretty shitty it forces me to give them a star because it’s not deserved I’m surprised they have any to be honest. Place is a mess will not be going back this place needs shut down Dr Santiago female should learn what professionalism is because it’s something that is lacked.

I had a great experience here after not being at the dentist in over 12+ years. I had a cleaning and they discovered 2 cavities. They were able to get me in right away and fill them. They were great with the numbing and all the work they provided. I will be back!

I could go on and on about all the negatives. Misinformation (saying I missed apts when they had to be rescheduled meaning they knew in advance). On the Way to an apt they canceled me once. Another time the dr Santiago (female) threw a fit because I stiffened up in the chair while she poked the very spot I was having pain in, with a sharp tool. I was visibly nervous and apologizing explaining I have a phobia (which is also documented as well as the fact that I'll be seeing someone to determine if I am autistic), she said she couldn't deal with me and walked out on me without telling me what to do about an issue. Also when I got to the apt the front desk told me I didn't have one when I showed them proof. They claimed they called me and I showed them proof of my phone logs. I waited 1.5 hrs
