Hepner Mark OD

I've always had great experiences with Dr. Hepner. He's kind and truly cares. He took the time to get my contacts right when the first few pairs didn't work perfectly with my dry eyes. Many thanks to all the kind, generous people at this office.

This was my second time going there, I got to office at 1:14 for what I thought was a 1:30 appt. when I checked in I was told I couldnt be seen due to my appointment being at 1:00( in my error I wrote 1:30 down in my calendar) thinking I was arriving 15 minutes early ( I'm never late for appointments). I needed to be rescheduled ( now mind you there was no one else there or in parking lot) I was fine with that until the 1 receptionist rolled her eyes at me & was extremely rude. It was my mistake and I didn't mind being rescheduled, life happens ... however, when in customer service learn to be polite! This is not the only appointment I juggle many every week, as do others!

The appointment itself was great. Got there early and was able to be seen early. Eye doctor and staff were nice and very friendly. Tge eye doctor took his time wirh the actual appoitment to make sure to give me the best service. Only down side was that they really didn't have and frames i liked the selection is limited, none of the brands or styles i like but then again we are in a tiny town so should of known better.

First time here and am very happy with the experience. Friendly , helpful staff and a dr who is very thorough. This is our new family eye dr.!

Very professional and great to deal with! Mark and his staff are very professional and offer great customer service. My wife and I will be back!
