Within two weeks, cancer took out puppy from us. All of the staff, especially Dr. Shaw and her assistant, were incredibly compassionate throughout. They genuinely care about animals and went above and beyond for our sweet Onyx.

unfortunately we have had many losses..however, I know they recieved the best care...Dr. Shaw is the best but their are also others I have begun to trust...when your in the willingness to help out those in need you do all you can but sometimes we just have to except they don't all live for ever...when it's their time we have to except we've done all we could...SAH is quite convent to us within just a few miles but even then we have not made it there in time ... noting anyone could have done...... prayerfully when we have an issue there is an opening and they can be treated right away and what ever the issue isn't too serious...if you notice your pet is not eating or drinking or going potty..its a good idea to have them checked out...!!! 😻🐶🐱🦮🐈‍⬛🐕‍🦺🐈🐎🐂🐐🐑🐖🐇🦥🦆

Took all 3 dogs this time for routine check ups. No problems. Tech was absolutely wonderful. Vet good too. I think she was a visiting Vet.

I’m 4 hours away from home and my dog’s vet. We had an emergency and I called and they were able to see Beau yesterday with an emergency appointment . Dr. Kuhn was awesome and took good care of Beau. I called another vet office in the Lewisburg area and was told I should take him to the vet who amputated his leg. I explained that was 4 hours away since I was visiting family. The 2 stars is not a reflection of how friendly and sweet the staff is. They take very good care of the dog and give him amazing treatment when they get to see him. The 2 stars is a reflection on their scheduling. They do not know how to over book/double book appointments. We come here pretty often and almost every single appointment we have been here for we have had to wait an extra 45 minutes for our dog to be seen. With literally 0 heads up until we arrive. We have had to cancel plans or not get any sleep after working 10 hr night shifts multiples times now because we did not think that we would need to spend an additional sometimes 15 minutes to an hour at the office due to a scheduling conflict.
