Susquehanna Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

The office was very good in getting me in for an infected tooth extraction. Having had one before i knew what to expect but was surprised this was an easy pain free procedure when done differently. Minimal amount of bleeding after, clear after care instructions and dentist was very gentle and made it a painless procedure. Followed recovery happy it was a successful experience which I had avoided for too long.

All 4 wisdom teeth taken out and the entire experience was perfect from the consult to the surgery. Everyone was kind and took the time to explain/answer all my questions (especially during the insurance - payment portion). They were able to schedule me quickly, although I had to reschedule twice for personal reasons. The surgery went great, very reassuring and calm experience. I did the IV anesthesia. No pain at all, with the 8hr interval ibuprofen. My lips were numb for 12 hours but it’s good now. I only wish they gave a curved syringes. I’ve been using my own extra gauze, ice bag wraps, saline flushes to remove food from the holes. The after care instructions are somewhat detailed. Googling and researching has helped too. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, welcoming, and extremely organized. Everything moved efficiently without feeling rushed. They explained the entire process clearly and made sure I understood exactly what was going to happen before the procedure started. I had two wisdom teeth taken out here and the whole experience was outstanding. The team was very kind and understanding, and they scheduled me quickly when I really needed it. They also take Medicaid, which made everything so much easier. The surgery went great—I’m on day 3 now with absolutely no pain at all from day 1.Truly grateful for the quality care I received. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing oral surgery!
