Designer Family Eyecare

My wife and I are new to the area and chose Designer Family Eye Care from a search on the internet. As always with the internet it was a hit or miss chance. Dr Spotts and her staff hit it out of the park. The exam was extensive and checked for all possible eye diseases while Dr. Spotts explained every test in a very understandable way. The gentleman who fitted is for our glasses was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Very appreciative in how he took the time to go through our insurance and make sure we were getting the best bang for our buck. I highly recommend Designer Family Eye Care to anyone who may be looking to have their eyes taken care of!

I wish there were more stars to give this place. I could go somewhere else closer to home, but then I wouldn't get the superior care and service that are provided here. Dr. Spotts is thorough in her examination, and John (oh, I hope I got his name correctly) is very helpful in helping select frames and lenses. Top notch experience.

A+ service. Took really good care of my grandmother. I forget the guy's name who works there but he's got great customer service and has a great vibe. He really treated her well. She stepped on her glasses recently and they didn't break, nor did either of the lenses pop out.

Having had terrible MyEyeDr experiences, I finally switched to a different optometrist based on a friends recommendation. It had been over a decade or so since my eyes were dilated and I was very anxious. Dr Spotts was incredibly kind and understanding of my situation and kept me calm under the circumstances. The optician is incredibly kind and made my experience extremely easy. I am still waiting for my glasses but unlike with MyEyeDr this place seems to value its perfection and I appreciate that. I’d rather wait for the right glasses then be given the wrong ones sooner. Also, the optician fixed my lenses in my current glasses that were not put in properly by the people over at MyEyeDr. Helped a lot!
