Never going here again. Check in- they wanted me to call the previous dentist that I got my referral from to send over X-rays to their office. Which is fine. Nurse calls me back- we go to an X-ray machine. Mind you, this is the same machine that took my X-rays that they just wanted me to send over. The actual consult- surgeon comes in, sits at computer. Basically says we’re going to take out the 4 teeth that are broken. Perfect, exactly what I came for. Day of surgery- go to check in, they decide that they’re also going to take my wisdom teeth, which was NEVER discussed with me. On top of that, they were only going to pull teeth from the one side, and I was going to have to come back a second time to get the teeth on the other side pulled. We have used this location twice. The good: Accepted insurance, fast to get us in compared to others.. 1st appt: went in for extraction and got just that with no issues 2nd appt was for my medically complex husband and he contacted my husband's PCP and they decided a hospital setting would be better. (Now just waiting for the referral to be sent) The odd: Went for consultation, he did not look at mouth just the x-rays... Which kinda make sense because it was just for extractions both times.. The bad: The agonizing wait! Both times was about 1 1/2 hours - 2 hours 1st time I wanted an additional tooth extracted that was chipped bad. they told me to talk to dr when he came in, then gave me the iv medication so I never got that chance... Would I use them again? Yup

I would give 0 if it was an option. My daughter needs wisdom extraction. We called insurance to find out who would take her for the procedure. We get offered this place. Never even heard of it! ( we are from Harrisburg) They tell her they refuse her and she isn’t aloud there. No reason. Apparently we made appointments and never showed up. Need to both of us. I take her to these appointments, they’re extremely rude. And after reading the other reviews, I am happy she isn’t going. We found an amazing place. Great reviews. An amazing doctor/staff. If this place is this bad. Maybe it should close.

Fraudulent, they text me the week before my surgery to add an extra fee even though my insurance company is covering it entierly, and they're putting it under different billing codes So that the customer has to pay out of pocket the day of. Cold hard cash. I am not going to "TIP" $200 extra dollars... and the surgeon guy was highly unprofessional and did not make me feel safe or comfortable. So I'm going somewhere else. Another thing is that the only number that works is their billing department. Choose number 5 so you don't get sent repeadtly to voice message. If that doesn't tell you what they're after, "money" I don't know what will. I wish practices. like this didn't exist. They honestly make the world a worse place. I just had a wisdom teeth removal, the two on the bottom row. I’ve been reading the reviews since my first consultation here, which made me hesitant to come here. My teeth were hurting so I decided to stick with this place since I was in a hurry to get them out. Everyone has treated me so so well, front desk is sweet and cooperative. The person who administered the IV were very nice, as well as the people who performed the extraction on me. After my extraction was done, I felt very very woozy, and emotional due to the sedation but they were all very patient. Although I was concerned at first because they had charged me twice, once for an x-ray the day of the consultation and again the day of the extraction for a CT scan.
