Being able to get a same day appointment for my sick kids is a must! And sunshine Pediatrics in Ontario, Ca. always make a same day appointment for my lil ones since 2014. The doctor, providers and all the staff Mary, Sammantha and Araceli are always attentive, polite and always willing to help or clarify any concern regarding my kids health.

A wonderful place! The doctor s & practitioners are experience in their approach with dealing with children. However, the front office staff can be more friendly. Also, they do not fax documents to social workers, school, etc. You have to always come back to pick them up. I have experienced that the documents were not ready at the time I was told to pick them up. I never received an update status prior to coming. A phone call would have been most helpful!

My first time here with my son it was good experience the dr and staff were all very nice. My only complaint is I’ve been trying to get my son to go in for a physical and they’ve cancelled his appointment three times but this time he wasn’t feeling well and they were able to get him in. The atmosphere is kid friendly and it’s very clean I would recommend to other parents.

I love Dr. Ewusi-Mensah. I am a first time mom and she has treated my son since he was delivered. She has been very helpful and understanding with all of my questions and needs of my baby. She has explained all treatments and what kind of reactions my son would have. Her staff is very friendly and helpful if I have questions or concerns. I also have had documents that needed to be filled out for his daycare and they were very helpful with that. I couldn't be more happy and comfortable with the care my son is being given here in this office.

These girls ( Ontario location) are very helpful they go out of their even when they have a full schedule. They do their best to accommodate you the same day. The Dr addresses all my concerns with my twin girls. I definitely recommend this office.
