My children have gone to Dr. Minchin for 8+ years always a good experience. Today I called to set up an appointment for my one child to have cavities filled and Office Manager Amy was extremely rude! She told me she needed to take my children off the schedule since I wanted to take them to a different dentist to be seen (mind you they are booking out monthsssss at a time). As I was explaining that I did not want to switch services she was speaking over me calling me my dear. When I asked to speak with someone above her she told me there was no one. It was extremely unprofessional how she acted and then hung up the phone on me. My children loved the dentist and the dental hygienist but due to horrible front desk staff etiquette they will no longer be going back.

Aboustly love!! Do not trust anyone else. And very gentle with my children. We had one hiccup where one hygienist told me to take my kids to a children's dentist after their first time being there. Other then that. We love it my kids look fwd to getting their teeth cleaned know. We love everyone in the office

I want to take a minute and share with you about my dentist. I have a tooth that was pretty much destroyed by another dentist when I was overseas. I have gone to other dentists here in the states to see if they correct the situation and none of them seem to have a solution. Dr. Minchin on the other hand, used her creativity and artistry to bring that toothpick to life. She formed out a buildup of that tooth to where it has lasted longer than any of the caps after the original one was put on had gotten broken. Dr. Minchin and her staff cared enough to take extra time to come up with a work or solution and made sure that the temporary cap would last because she could at any time be going on maternity leave; which happened to take place. They was super nice and comforting since the moment I opened the door to walk in. They're clean and actually care about the patient. As bad as my teeth were, they never made me feel guilty or scolded me for not seeing a dentist in 2+ years.

I have been receiving services here for approximately 2 1/2 years. The dental hygienists are both professional and personable. I required a bridge and 3 crowns on the upper part of my mouth at the same time.. Dr. Minchin did a fine job, and I have had no problems over one year later.
