I started with a sore throat Thursday could barely speak it was painful to even swallow, I turned Gatorade into slushes, Friday night I couldn't stand it no more it was after office hours but I called and was able to get in the first thing Saturday, 8am apt. Then Saturday morning I got up early to go but I couldn't even open my eyes they were matted shut. So I had to feel my way to the kitchen tripping over 4 pups and a kitty desperately trying to get my attention to go morning potty. I didn't want to pull my eyes apart and loose what lashes I have left at 55.i make it to the sink by a miracle and wet a dish towel and soaked my eyes till I could open them. I don't know who was happier me or the pups and kitty.they went to the back yard and I got ready. 804 I pulled in to well now. I ran in

Two of us were sick. We were given time to talk about our symptoms. We were given COVID and flu tests. Diagnosed, advised of treatment options. One of us was referred to Arnot ER for further testing. Everyone was kind, efficient, and professional. A great experience for sick people to receive appropriate care.

I take my children here when they aren't feeling their best, and every time everyone here is phenomenal. But yesterday specifically I had Brianna and Melissa care for my 5 year old autistic son, and they did an absolutely incredible job from beginning to end. Also, the receptionist was great as well, I wish I caught her name.

Over all my experience was good! They did have a few emergency situations the day I was there so I made an appointment to be seen! All the employees were very nice and friendly! I will definitely return if I need any help in the future! Thank you ❤️

The only thing they have going for them is fast service. I guess speed sacrifices quality, because they did not help me at all. Put me on meds that upset my stomach and did not fix the problem. Being sick and not up to calling, my significant other who already had my written consent to, contacted them to tell them the medicine was not helping. They refused to speak with her and refused to help me. All they had to do was call in proper meds. If they had any doubts of consent or wanted to make things right they should have immediately contacted me and followed up. Instead they want me to go out of my way, above and beyond for THEM, when I'm not well in order to give them my business. What is this world coming to? I will not be going back. Yes it takes a day or two to get in to my primary doc
