The atmosphere and people at Live Well are phenomenal. I have been receiving acupuncture and massage from Seamus with tremendous results. His massage technique and energy are the best I've ever experienced! His compassion and kindness will make you feel well cared for and promote healing. I have also enjoyed and benefited from insightful yoga classes with Melanie- both private and group sessions. As both a family medical doctor and as a patient- I am thrilled that we now have this gem for alternative healthcare in Elmira NY!
