This review is for the entire building which is invested with roaches. The restroom is only cleaned once a day in the morning. One day someone urinated on the floor in the stall and left a huge puddle on the floor. There's slim and mold hanging from the sink which is disgusting.

Wish I can give -star. Long waiting. Twice to this facility. The first time had to wait for more than 2 hours and finally took my mom in and after that she had to wait another hour there and then did her surgery. Took more than 4 hours for 15 min procedure. No professionalism. The doctors are always late. The place is packed. Today the second time took my mom. Waited in the lobby 3 hours and finally took her in and another 3 hours. Fasting for more than 15 hours ? Pathetic doctors. They should only take the number of patients they can handle and not over book. Was here for 11:45 appointment and didn’t leave till 4:45. The procedure did not start till 3:30. Don’t recommend this place at all.

MINUS FIVE STAR will be given if possible -5. took my wife to this place referred by her doctor, people were already waiting for over 2 hours, while there I heard of patients that couldn't take their medicine (anxiety medication) because no medicine can be taken if a endoscope will be perform, and another young lady that broke down to tears with and endless waiting time, for and endoscopy patient last meal is over 12 hours, now that patient are in time to be taking care, they have to wait over 2 hours to be called, and whoever is giving company and drive back home has to wait outside, no professional place to go, find some other place.....

Great experience. Friendly staff. Quick! Appointment was for 11, I arrived at 10 and went in at 10:45. Colonoscopy complete and I was out before noon.

The staff were very good. A bit of a long wait.
