Avoid This Corporate Skin Factory! ⭐ If I could give zero stars, I would. This place used to be a great, local dermatology practice, but they’ve clearly traded patient care for corporate greed. They now have 23 offices across the region, and it feels like they’re running a car wash instead of a medical clinic. You aren’t a patient here; you’re just a line item on a spreadsheet. Dr. Richard R. Eisenberg is great but unfortunately he no longer runs the show after he sold his practice to Metropolitan Dermatology. The customer service has gone completely down the drain. Trying to get a human on the phone is like trying to find a needle in a haystack, and when you finally do, they are rude, dismissive, and clearly overworked. I have been seeing Dr Eisenberg for years. He is excellent in his field and talks you thru what he is doing and seeing..The office staff are professional and very kind! Most importantly the wait time was short.

Dr. Eisenberg is knowledgeable and experienced. My wife and I have been his patients for 30 years.

I love dr eisenberg. We go way back. He is friendly and compassionate and make time to connect.

I was taken in to the exam room quickly. The Dr. came in shortly and engaged in conversation immediately. My exam was thorough and she explained when she found anything. It was quick, painless, and I felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend this group!
