Ivelisse was insanely helpful! she helped me understand in detail an issue i had at a different store with my glasses and it was due to negligence because no one ever bothered to go in detail like Ivelisse did. she was super thorough and im definitely coming back and requesting her next time. she is bilingual as well which was amazing for me since english is not my first language!

Came to Lens Crafers for an eyeglasses adjustment for a better fit. Was greeted promptly when I entered, and asked how I could be helped. I was directed to sit at a table and within 2 min someone was assisting me. The gentleman's name was Lee, he was friendly and knew exactly the issue I was having (glasses sliding/falling off my face when I was leaning over. He make a few adjustment quickly, and before I knew it i was trying them back on and they fit perfectly. Well done. Thank you for the exceptional customer service and friendliness.
