SurgiCare of Jacksonville

On 12-23-2025, I had surgery on my right arm to repair both my carpal tunnel and cubital nerve. This was my 4th experience with Onslow SurgiCare of Jacksonville and once again, it is by far, the best, most efficient, and compassionate surgical clinic I’ve known. The facility’s size promotes a very personalized experience and enables you to feel comfortable and the staff is so pleasant from the receptionist at check-in until you’re exiting the building with a prepared container of chicken soup:) I've always felt absolutely confident and assured that I’d received exemplary and professional care, you never feel like a number, there’s such a warm feeling there! My son had his first surgery here, getting tubes in his ears. Pretty sure I was more nervous than my child, but I cannot say enough how amazing everyone was. The entire staff was truly awesome. Didn’t just come down to one person but literally everyone from the front desk, to the intake nurse, to the anesthesiologist, to the doctor who performed the surgery, to the recovery nurses. I feel beyond grateful to have had such a good experience. My son was in great hands and I would 100% recommend them. They made him feel so comfortable, they communicated very efficiently, they were compassionate, warm and nurturing. They surpassed my expectations. S/O to the entire staff from 4/1/2025.

I had a procedure there yesterday and the office and all of the staff there were wonderful. From the women at the front desk whe were very friendly and informative to the preop and surgical team. Every person I encountered greeted me with a smile and made sure I had the opportunity to ask any questions I may have had about the procedure. They truly make every effort to be sure you recieve exceptional care.

My daughter had her tonsils and adenoids out today and let me say I was incredibly impressed. They made my daughter feel comfortable from the very beginning all the way to the post op care. Her surgery was no longer than an hour and we got multiple updates throughout from the staff telling us she was doing well. I work in healthcare myself, and I was incredibly nervous about my daughter's surgery, but once we got to surgicare and I saw how excellent the staff was I was relieved. They also are very well equipped for pediatrics, my daughter felt comfortable and was not scared at any point. Thank you for the amazing care.

Good morning. On November 26, 2024, my daughter Alexandra had her nose done. For approximately 2 hours we received excellent care from the doctor and his team, very professional in what they did. Thank you all very much for your time and attention. The place is highly recommended, top rating.
