SureDrugs Pharmacy

I sent my mother for some medicine. I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. She clearly asked for medicine for fever, and she even confirmed twice by asking if the medicine was for fever. Each time, the staff said yes, but they gave her Contac Cough & Congestion, which does not contain any fever-reducing ingredients like acetaminophen or ibuprofen. This shows a serious lack of basic medication knowledge. When someone is sick, they trust pharmacy staff for correct advice, and giving the wrong medicine can be unsafe. The staff really needs better training.

11/27/2025 Saturday opening time 10:00 and the pharmacy is still closed. They can’t deliver the medicine witches not covered by your insurance. Very bad . Better another pharmacy then .

Very poor customer service and very rude staff they need to change the girl employee on counter

I went here so many times and my medicine still wasn’t ready it took so much time that my insurance expired changing my pharmacy as soon as I get my medicine don’t come here
