Super 1 Foods Pharmacy

Will never ever do business here again and do not recommend to anyone else either. They never have meds in stock, refill things I no longer take etc. Today was the complete deal breaker. I have never been talked to so horribly and/or unprofessionaley in my entire life as I was by the pharmacist Chris as I was today. I was treated like a drug seeking dope head before. Over something I had no idea about but had spoken with Chris about several times and again this morning. I couldnt get a word in edgewise bc all he kept repeating in a very loud voice was "I am not losing my license bc of you." All this being said, be very careful who you put ur trust in ppl, especially where your medications are concerned!

I was in drive thru window for 15 mins and the line NEVER moved. If someone is there for more than 5 mins they should be asked to circle around or go inside. There is no sense in that.

This pharmacy has very slow service. Had to wait 3 days for a prescription of antibiotics for my child with strep! Even if they have your medicine ready, be prepare to wait a while for someone to decide to give you any attention. This use to be a great pharmacy, but it has sadly gone down hill.

During covid, this pharmacy went on temporary work hours of 9-5 monday thru friday , with weekends and all holidays off. Absolutely ridiculous hours for a pharmacy. Yet now with covid over they have no plans to reinstate user friendly hours of operation. I'm finding a more user friendly pharmacy, one that doesn't have baker hours.

The Pharmacy was already subpar. Now they have a new useless App BDG Pharmacy and new lazy hours of 9-6 Mon-Fri and closed on weekends to compete with the worst Pharmacy in town, Walgreens !! Way to go !!
