Cade's Pharmacy

This is a good old-fashioned mom and pop pharmacy in the town that I am from and they have all three times that I have gotten my two children's prescriptions filled with them have gone above and beyond for me. If at all possible they will be my only pharmacy from here on out. I just want to give a huge shout out and thank you to the entire staff at Cade's Pharmacy in Natchitoches, La for making us feel seen, important and letting your actions show that our needs matter! This is maybe my second time ever doing a review but I am so impressed I wanted to take the time and make it known how wonderful this pharmacy really is. If you're questioning what pharmacy to use in Natchitoches Louisiana trust me when I tell you, you will not be disappointed

Dependable, knowledgeable and always helpful. Best pharmacy in town. Highly recommend. No long waits, can almost always get through to a pharmacy tech when you call. Staff is always polite and thorough in assistance. And there is no bots or automation, which is so awesome in this day in age. For those who are in need of assistance, whether if your disabled, home bound, elderly, etc. They will deliver your medication.

Ever wish you could just walk in and pick up your prescription when it's actually supposed to be ready? Would you enjoy a pharmacist that sees you pull in and has your prescription bag in hand before you even get to the counter? Cade's has consistently done this for my wife and I since we switched to them over a year ago. Definitely the place to go!

Recently went to fill some maintenance prescriptions at Cades for my father . My first time visiting. They were recommended by several family members. First question she asked was "Where were you getting the prescriptions filled before now". I have never been asked that before and I thought it was odd and why should it matter. I explained he had been using a mail order service. But recently he had been unhappy with that service due to inconsistent deliveries. She then left the window for a few moments, came back, indicates the prescriptions will be ready shortly. Left to go and purchase gas. Maybe 2 minutes later. I get a phone call. First telling me he would have to pay upfront for a nebulizer breathing treatment at a cost of nearly 600$. and file a claim his self through Medicare. I

One ring answer; no IVR phone tree; simple and straightforward experience. Community pharmacies are the backbone of America.
