I can’t say enough great things about this vet office! They treat both you and your pet with so much kindness and care. Dr. Moreno is absolutely amazing. He has so much patience and takes the time to explain everything clearly — and he’ll go over it as many times as you need without ever making you feel rushed or silly for asking questions. You can tell he genuinely cares about the animals and their owners. I always leave feeling reassured and confident that my dog is in the best hands. Highly recommend!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I definitely do not recommend this doctor. He was unprofessional and irresponsible all 3 times I went into his office. He took advantage of the situation financially by charging me double on an already expensive procedure of which I had asked for a full estimate beforehand. He did not offer nuetral perspective leading me to think my cat had cancer and would die soon, a diagnosis of which is out of his scope of practice. Prior to an official cancer diagnosis and while I was crying and upset at the news and possibility, he offered end of life care, which was highly inappropriate timing. Please take your pets else where, this place only cares about money and not the well being of your pets. I took my cat here , he was throwing up multiple times and I was worried. They made me pay $300 for the visit just for the doctor to tell me that he had something it his intestines and he would have to cut him open. I did not have $5k to pay and I cried on my way home. I had to look for ways to find money to afford this surgery, fast forward the next day he was better. I showed his xray as a second opinion to another vet and they told me the spot he was pointing at was just AIR!!!! He lied straight to my face and he wanted to cut a poor animal open just because he wanted to rip me off. My cat is still okay and turns out it wasn’t anything serious at all. I still can’t recover from this

Got me in within minutes of calling. Always great service & Dr Moreno always answers my questions. I did forget to get the surgery estimate, but remember the figure! Second picture at home post ear ablation with her handy dandy cone. 3 meds post surgery & got detailed home care instructions. 2 weeks & stitches in ear will be removed. Office staff was great answering my calls during & after surgery! 9/8 Baby is progressing after the removal of tumor in her ear. She is elderly, sleeps a lot, still not eating on her own, but is a good syringe eater. Her ear needed to be restitched but does not seem to bother her. She goes out the kitty door and lays in the screened patio & watches the world go by. She is safe, loved & will remain an indoor c
