I would not recommend working for this agency. Communication from management is often dismissive and unprofessional, particularly when staff raise legitimate safety concerns. In my experience, advance notice was provided when weather conditions made travel unsafe, yet I was met with hostility rather than support. This was not an isolated incident but part of a pattern that ultimately led me to end my working relationship with the company. Healthcare staff deserve respect, clear communication, and consideration for safety — unfortunately, that was lacking here.

I highly recommend this agency. They actually care!! They go out of there way to make sure you are getting the hours you need and are willing to go the extra mile! Jessie is wonderful and is always right on top of things when you need hours or help with scheduling.

I absolutely love sunset staffing they are amazing and they care about you. I love picking my hours and facilities. If I have ever had any problems they take care of it not like these big corporations. Jessie is an amazing person and boss.
