Dr. Andrea Will Burton at Sunset Hills Family Practice is truly amazing! She comes into the room like a superhero lol so vibrant, positive, and full of life. She instantly puts you at ease. Beyond her great energy, she is incredibly Smart, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring. She makes you feel heard and treated like family. I’m very grateful to have her as my doctor.

Horrible experience. Andrea seems completely stressed and not fit for duty. This is a drastic change because she has been my provider for 2 1/2 years and I returned a couple of weeks ago to reestablish after giving birth. I arrived for my 9:10 appt at 8:50, and Andrea did not see me until 10am. She stormed in the room looking completely exhausted. And just made up stuff "drink crazy water", my visit summary was incorrect, and she did not provide explanation for lab results. Extremely disappointed at the lack of care and I can no longer trust her judgment. I'm sad to give this low rating, however, this is my true experience as a returning patient I will find a new provider.

As hard as this last appointment was for me Andrea didn’t make it any better. The nurse working under her showed WAY more empathy and compassion as I cried asking for a referral for therapist and talked with me for like 10 minutes. Just the utmost respect I got from her. Then here comes Andrea literally STOMPING in the room demanding I go on medication to work towards a better future and see a psychiatrist. Not caring about my feelings or how I felt about that. Medication is not always the answer sometimes talking and working through the problems works better than taking the drugs these doctors wanna push people to take, knowing how addictive those things are… I called back this morning and asked if I can just get a referral for a therapist to talk through my issues because I wasn’t intere

Highly recommend Andrea but their front desk worker, Christian I believe, cannot do his job, speaks like he’s on drugs (very slowly and slurs words), and does not understand simple things. For example, I’ll reschedule an already existing appointment to make an appointment for the soonest available please, and he’ll say “well the soonest available is the one you have” (rudely by the way) okay… well yeah but I can’t go to that one so the soonest after that… There was another instance where all I had to do was ask a general question and he was very rude and wouldn’t let me speak without giving my name and birthday first. I’ve had several instances like that with him and it’s very very frustrating when he answers the phone. He’s very unprofessional, monotone, unhelpful, even rude and needs to

Most doctor's offices, you wait and wait. With Sunset Hills, the office appointments are not stacked so that within 10 to 15 minutes, you are in the patient room and within a short period after that, you are seeing Andrea Warburton and she gets down to business and sets a treatment plan. I am really happy I found this office and Ms. Warburton.
