1. Did my annual physical and they billed my insurance for EVERYTHING, half of which were items that were not performed during my visit. They billed for me filling out a health questionnaire, a vision test that wasnt performed... and then i confronted them when I received the statement that my insurance received and they said don't worry you wont have to pay for it. That doesn't MATTER. You're billing for services you did NOT RENDER. 2. They send lab orders to lab corp and lab corp will automatically bill you immediately. They didnt give me the order. So its like their in cahoots to just bill your insurance regardless if you show up. The recording said if you receive a bill, its your job to show up. 3. I told my physician i take creatine. It increases the creatinine level in your blood. S

If you enjoy running out of your prescription and not getting any call backs this is the place for you. Two weeks, and not a single returned call. This place is beyond disappointing, and I guess it's time to find a new primary care physician. I'm sad that there isnt a zero star option, as the do not deserve the one star rating I'm forced to leave.

I called for the last three days leaving a message each day trying to make an appointment. Their message machine says someone will call back in 24 hours. No one has called. This is the second time this has happened, it’s almost impossible to schedule an appointment. For a facility that provides health services, their response time is almost negligent. I do not recommend this clinic, find a clinic that actually cares about your health.

I've been a patient at this office for a few years but it keeps going downhill. I called several times last week and every time I call I'm directed to leave a voicemail no matter what prompt I choose. There is no option to speak with a live person. I left several messages last week in regards to a simple but important medication question, and I've received no response after 1 week. When you leave a voicemail the message says you will receive a call back within 24 hours. Disappointing.

From the start, when calling to set up an appointment till end, everybody was friendly. I felt so comfortable at this clinic that I was very talkative the whole time with the staff. Yes, the appointment took time, but the staff dedicated plenty of time with me answering questions. This place is the first one to check my heart with an EKG test. The following day that I went to get my blood drawn, the nurse there did a great job that it barely hurt. Everybody had a great personality. Dr. Ha Le was great, she was very pleasant and understanding. Parking was a little distant from entrance during the afternoon, but the next day during the morning, it was not a problem. I'm glad I didn't listen to the negative comments that I saw here.
