Sunrise Pediatrics Las Vegas

I've been coming here since my son was 5 years old. The clinic is always clean and neat. Staff has always been great. I am ashamed to say its been a while since my son has seen a doctor for a regular check up and have made one today. To my surprise I was able to make an appointment via text. Susana (Henderson location) responded within 10 minutes of my initial inquiry. She made my appointment to our convenience and answered all of my question quickly. Thank you Susana for your help and professionalism. Looking forward to seeing you soon. I only wish my other doctors were this convenient.

Love how I am able to get my children to see their doctors when it's unexpected. Mary and Susana are awesome never a problem when it comes to scheduling an appointment for my kids awesome customer service 💯 love it here. We been a lpatient here since I moved here from Alaska in 2021. It's about 20 minutes from my house all worth it my kids are used to this office and their doctors here. I had a very frustrating experience at this office. I arrived with my baby without an appointment and asked the front desk if that was okay. The receptionist told me it was fine and only mentioned that I needed to complete the yearly paperwork. I provided my son’s insurance card, received it back, and sat down to wait. After waiting for quite some time, I noticed multiple people who arrived after me — also without appointments — were being called before us. When I asked why, I was told they had completed their paperwork first. This was confusing because no one explained that there were additional forms beyond the yearly paperwork I had already completed. If I had been properly informed from the beginning, this situation could have easily been avoided. Because of the delay, I had to leave

Used the text option to make appts for my kids. SUSANA was AMAZING!!! Very convenient as im always on the go; times i cant be on the phone long. She was super patient for my reply and even after i took a while to respond she had the time and day still waiting for me!! 10/10

My children have been going to Sunrise Pediatrics since I moved to Vegas in 2013 Maryland office. We moved to Henderson office even though it’s a longer drive because the staff at Maryland never picks up the phone, not even to schedule a simple appointment. Doctors & Staff are amazing at the Henderson location ( Green Valley) Dr. St. Clair is the best!!
