Sunrise Optometry

I wish there was a button to have negative stars, because that’s exactly what I would give to this establishment. They deleted two reviews. I left on Yelp. I actually left another one. This establishment tries to upsell you and they are so expensive. The doctor is extremely rude and he talks down to you. When I left to go pull money to pay for the glasses that I should’ve never paid for in the first place, they were trying to talk my minor daughter into buying some bougie namebrand glasses. She finally had to put her foot down and say no. That’s pretty Shystie on their end. It’s dirty, it’s poorly ran, and I would strongly recommend never ever to step foot in there if you care about not only your quality of care, but if you’re looking to save money, cause this is not the place to go.

Extremely rude! I placed a call to ask couple questions about my prescription ( did my eye exam there) was not helpful at all. Basically shut me down when asked if they could provide me with the PD needed to order new glasses. Maybe because I’m not purchasing from them? I just think there’s way in communicating nicely & professional. He hunged up way before I had even finished speaking. Definitely DON’T recommend unless you like unpleasant experiences. Nothing compared to when I scheduled my appointment for my eye exam 10months ago.

Went in today to get a quote on the lead time of how long to get the glasses.. there is an Asian lady sitting at the front desk stuffing her face while she spoke with us .. she had no customer service skills… she was extremely rude and the place was extremely filthy… I walked right out because how rude this lady was as she spoke to us she was stuffing her face with food !! no wonder there’s no one there … DO NOT go here!!! I am all about supporting small businesses but I will ever go back to this place ever again !!!! Get ride of the lady at the front desk

Do yourself a favor & go to a different optometrist. The exam was ok, but when it came time to pick my frame & the additional options for my lenses (progressive, transition). The price I was quoted was so high and she was so vague when I asked her for the breakdown of charges, (she was very impatient too). I told her I was going to shop around, then she asked me how much I wanted to pay. I asked for a written breakdown of the charges so that I can compare, she refused to give me one and said she was charging according to my insurance. I went elsewhere & selected the exact same features & frames and my glasses were $100.00 less than what Sunrise Optometry was wanting to charge me. Maybe she made an honest mistake, but the way she acted & her refusal to give me the breakdown makes me think

The woman at the desk , her name is Tracy is rude and is no help at all. I won’t be going back and right now I really wish I had read the reviews before going there. The optometrist is quiet nice and easy going but I think they’d be better off if they found a replacement for their front office.
