I went in for my front tooth that chipped. I expressed to the doctor that I was unhappy about how my teeth looked. She went over different options and listened to my concerns. I can say she did an amazing job! Thankyou Dr. Shenouda and Daisy for fixing my Smile!! Your amazing. The front office was awesome as well. Thankyou to all the staff.

This dentist office has always been a good place for me to go. Wonderful staff and they are very patient!! Never had a bad experience!! Anthony is the best!!! He takes good care of me and is very kind and patient! He puts you at ease if you are nervous about your appointment!!! Always easy going!!! Keeps you informed as to what is going on!! Have had 2 crowns now and Anthony and Dr. Dimitri are the best!! Never felt anything or had any problems! They put me at ease!!

I truly wish I could leave two separate reviews-one for the incredible staff (who deserve 5 stars across the board), and one for a single individual (who deserves zero). Since that isn’t an option, I’m leaving 4 stars overall. Dr. Dimitri: Amazing. Consistently excellent work. Anthony: Great! Always kind, friendly, and skilled. Marco Felix and Kyla Garmong: Absolutely fabulous. Front office staff/Office manager: Awesome and Delightful. Now… Dr. Sandra Shenouda. If you get assigned to her—RUN. Jump out of the chair and ask for Dr. Dimitri instead. If you don’t, don’t say I didn’t warn you. She is gaslighting, arrogant, and aggressively heavy-handed with the drill. Just had the worst experience with Sandra Shenouda, DMD. My kids were scheduled for thier check up and cleanings. The provider came in with a poor attitude and was condescending to my kids when asking questions. She only took a quick look, shined a light and left. We were confused as to what was going on. To make matters worse, they stated thier hygienist was booked today and we need to come back another day. Mind you thier appointments were scheduled in advance stating it was for a checkup and cleaning. To top it off, we were then charged $9 for each of my kids for a "cancer screening". Its not the dollar amount that bothers me, its the fact that it wasnt disclosed during the "visits". This place has gone downhill and we will not be returning. What a waste of time.

Dr Dimitri delivered as promised. Was extremely professional! So impressed on the care and kindness that he provided. Was able to calm my nerves. Anthony was very helpful and was able to give me great results. This was painless! Would recommend this group to all my friends and family. Thank you Gateways Dental Group!
