Carbon Health Urgent Care Eastvale - The Merge

I wish I could remember everyone’s names but mom brain with a sick toddler. This is my second time coming to them; one was for me and this time my toddler. Service have been 5 stars every time. Receptionist was kind and efficient. Nurse was very sweet to my son and he even played with him to get him to do his vitals. Doctor was amazing, she really took the time to listen to my concerns and explained the dosages for his medicine. The place is so clean and well decorated with crayons and paper for kids. Our pedia is next door and honestly would rather pay the extra copay to get this service.

I was able to book a same day appointment on the app. Staff was very nice and professional. Office is very clean and has mask and hand sanitizer at the check in desk. The doctor i saw was very nice, professional, and thorough, Dr. Walter's. I have been to this clinic before and service has always been good. I went at 2pm and I didn't wait more than 20 minutes.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Carbon health this morning. I fell the other day and I was able to make an appointment quickly and get the x-rays I needed. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately by Krystal. She was so friendly, professional and inviting. The check in process was easy and effortless. She was checking in and checking out patients quickly and efficiently. I was called back shortly after check in by Patty, the X-Ray technician. She was caring, thoughtful and very careful when taking the images of my ankle and wheeling me back and forth from the exam room to the image room. I fell on my wrist and it was very painful. I scheduled an appointment and within 30 minutes I was on my way. They took me right away and they took X-rays and were able to see the fracture. They splint me up and gave me detailed explanation on what to do next and who to contact. I was out super quick. Splinted and happy that I chose Carbon Health. The Dr and assistant and radiologist were very friendly and kind! Made me feel better.

I took my son to this urgent care for a sports physical, and the price was much better than other medical facilities. The experience was great from beginning to end—easy check-in, no inconvenience, and we were in and out quickly. The front desk staff and nurse were friendly, and Nurse Practitioner Janet Cruz was patient, kind, and very thorough. She really took her time with us. I highly recommend this location.
