Sunglass Hut

All I can say is that the Washington Square Mall store manager, Jake, is about the most helpful AND proactive customer support/service person I could ever have asked for. His business and customer acumen goes without saying, and he is also highly friendly and courteous. He took care of me as much as I could have possibly imagined, even as I gave him several balls to juggle. I would urge Sunglass Hut to take good care of him!

Great Selection, Friendly Atmosphere I visited Sunglass Hut at Washington Square Mall over the weekend to meet up with a friend. The store was busy, but the associates were very polite and greeted us warmly. The store itself was clean, neat, and well-organized, which I really appreciated. There was a great selection of sunglasses, and we spent quite a bit of time browsing. However, while the associates were friendly, there wasn’t much follow-up or engagement beyond the initial greeting. As someone who works in sales, I couldn’t help but notice that a little more involvement could have made the experience smoother. For example, my friend was going back and forth between Ray-Bans and Oakleys, and I feel like someone could’ve mentioned that select glasses were buy one, get one half off. Know

JAKE IS THE BEST MANAGER EVER! Perfect assistance with everything I needed. I currently am looking for metas for my production company and we had to try multiple kinds. Everyone there was so incredibly helpful and understanding with every part of the procedure. If you want amazing customer service and some dang cool sunglasses you already know where to go!!!

Well, here we go again!....a 5 ⭐ review. As I continue to say, normally I only go places I like. This was an exception in the sense that I had just walked out of the Tesla store feeling happy about the test drive and on a whim I walked into this store. Until this time, I've only been using very old sunglasses (more than a decade) and or the new polarized ones a friend at the senior center gave me. I couldn't believe it but these were very special. I've already worn them a few times. I never thought I'd purchase a nonessential thing like sunglasses for such a high price.
