Today was my daughter’s first appointment with Dr. Jensen which turned out to be a great experience. My daughter, who has special needs, was very happy with the dental hygienist, Angela. Angela was very understanding of Kaila’s needs. She explained the cleaning procedure to Kaila which made Kaila very comfortable. Dr. Jensen was also very informative and understanding of Kaila’s needs. I highly recommend Sundance Dental Care. I also want to mention that the staff are also very friendly and were very helpful prior to my daughter’s first visit. Thank you Shania.

I recently had another great experience at this dental office. From the start, the appointment reminders were clear and timely, which made scheduling and planning easy. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable environment the moment you walk in. The dental hygienist was clearly well trained and took great care throughout the visit, explaining things clearly and paying close attention to detail. I’ve always appreciated the level of care and professionalism here. It’s reassuring to know you’re in capable hands, and it’s one of the reasons I continue to return and confidently recommend this office to others.

I hate going to the destist, everyone does, but the staff here is so great that it softens the blow. I never feel rushed. Always feel informed and comfortable. Always feel taken care of. Never a long wait. It's the best experience a patient could ever have a dental office.

If losing customers was an art form, these guys are Picasso's. Worst customer service ever! Where do I begin? I (and family) were patients for around 5 years. Mostly just cleanings, nothing too difficult. Over time, I noticed that I would never see the same hygienist twice...lots of turnover. Also, equipment in the exam rooms seems to be falling apart...dental chairs that are half broken and sinks in exam rooms that are not functioning (should be some sort of health code violation??) The straw that broke this camel's back: I needed an implant. Had one before done professionally in another state around 7 years ago. Needed another recently. So I gave them a chance. Dr. Jensen and his team at Sundance Dental care in Rio Rancho were Excellent! My top denture was cracked..Dr. Jensen set up the repair..by the afternoon the denture was repaired perfectly and I am super satisfied and filled with gratitude to Dr. Jensen and his staff…Very friendly efficient and professional..Thank you!
