I had a consultation and facial session with Alexa Massullo, and it was an excellent experience. She went well above and beyond during the consultation, explaining various elements of skin care that were very extensive. I came seeking knowledge, and she more than delivered. It helped tremendously learning from her. My facial was also a wonderful, relaxing, beneficial experience. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. She devoted extra time to my session with examples of what could be added in the future. The entire appointment experience was above and beyond what I expected or hoped for. Thank you, Alexa.

Doctors and staff are amazing here. My wait time is always less than 5 minutes from my appointment time. The exam and consult are also always fast, I'm in and out in no time. The real standout for me was Jen, who went above and beyond to help me with some pharmacy issues. Thank you so much Jen!

They were organized, confident in what they were doing and I was comfortable with my procedure. And, i thought the statue in the waiting area was really cool! 🙂

Dr. Bonomo is direct, to the point and efficient. Some people may not appreciate that but I do. The office staff is nice and also very efficient, and I like their online system for appointments and pre-visit information. Overall, I think more offices around here could learn a thing or two about how to run an efficient operation. Waited less than 2 minutes in their waiting room to be called back to the examination room. Great job!

VERY professional practice! Easy to schedule or change an appointment - mine was on the next day. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving at the Lecanto office. Austin Burket, PA, was in to see me within 5 minutes after the nurse asked a few questions and he did a thorough full body exam, froze a half dozen spots and took a quick sample for biopsy that was virtually painless. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and am sleeping better knowing that the dark spot on my back was nothing to be concerned about.
