Brashear's Pharmacy

This location has a window drive thru. All the pharmacists are quick and call back system lets me know when prescriptions are ready. Staff is knowledgeable, wait time is non existent for the times I've picked up. Highly recommend.

This review may be somewhat lengthy but it will be honest and informative. I went to a new doctor in Inverness back in 2008 and he gave me a prescription that required “compounding”. I lived in Sumter County. He sent me to Brashear’s in Downtown Inverness stating it was only one that could do it. I was pleasantly surprised and enlightened about the special elixir that my doctor had provided. It worked right away! Then I moved with my sister to Citrus County. We were both now visiting the same “awesome” doctor and having our prescriptions filled at CVS or Walmart. They were getting stuff wrong plus we always had to wait in line. We switched from a chain drugstore to Brashear's several years ago and never looked back. Brashear's makes sure we get our prescriptions and let's us know when we need refills or vaccinations. The pharmacists and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and patient - always there to answer our questions and concerns. By now they know us by name and we know them as well. We couldn't ask for better service or support. So glad we found them!

This pharmacy has the absolute most caring and professional staff I've ever encountered. They are very accommodating, my son is on seizure meds and more than once the pharmacist has gone above and beyond to personally help him in any way he could. They are fairly priced and have a welcoming staff from the minute you walk in the door. The establishment is clean and always has neat little gift items displayed. This pharmacy is like the old days of a retailer appreciating your business. Thank you from the bottom of my heart 💓
