Vada and Valentino were spayed and neutered. They thoroughly did a great job from drop off to pick up. The lady did a great job telling me what they could and couldn't do when I got them home.

Prices are affordable. Lobby was slightly chaotic with some of the animals being in close proximity. The young girls at the front desk were not very friendly but the older more versed ladies were pleasant. Quick to see my walk in rabies shot. 15-20 minutes for wait.

This place was horrible. People were rude and unkind. Made us feel like criminals because we euthanized the dog. Made a appointment, was told one price, got there was told cash only and a different price.

They are so compassionate and professional. Sadly I had to say goodbye to my two elderly dogs. Every step of the way they supported me and were so kind. They made an absolutely devastating day just a little bit easier.

Went to this facility as a follow up per Vouchers received from a Rescue Facility, so our pets could receive their final shots. Facility smelled of urine, receptionist was rude, didn’t look up information on pets in system just snap at me about when shots could be done. When I corrected her, she definitely didn’t appreciate it. So, glad that we have our own regular Vet. If I would’ve known we were going to be treated as we were I would’ve just skipped the Vouchers and paid for the shots at our own Vet’s office. Previous negative reviews are spot on!!! Do NOT recommend!!!
