Great Place My husband have been going to Frances Villacastin for several years. They hired more staff and are able to call you back on the same day. They are friendly, professional and attentive. We are older but have nothing major wrong. We have scheduled lab work and follow ups and are referred quickly if anything seems suspicious. Best medical team we have had in 60 plus years. I’m usually nervous about going to the doctor, but this office changed that for me. The staff is warm and makes you feel at ease right away. My doctor took time to explain my lab results in detail and helped me understand how to improve my health without judgment. That level of compassion means a lot.

Avoid this place. They don't answer the phone. Although there was only one other couple in the waiting room, we waited over forty five minutes to be seen for my son's appointment. Multiple prescriptions were called in to the wrong pharmacy with the wrong medication (My son doesn't take extended release medication and it's dangerous to split these pills according to the bottle). This was AFTER we had given them clear printed instructions from Cost Plus drugs and reminded the doctor during the visit. The office staff have poor communication skills and come off as abrasive and demeaning. Enter at your own risk.

The whole team here deserves credit. From the front desk to the nurses, everyone is respectful and caring. You never feel like you’re being rushed out the door. Dr. Villacastin always remembers small details from my last visit, which shows he really pays attention. That personal touch makes all the difference. I’m very grateful for the care I get here.

He dropped the ball on my mom when she was metastatic, terminal. I really didnt want to be nice in this review but he was out for an entire month w covid, that month could of saved my mom if properly diagnosed. 63 years old, and in two months she was dead. Not even a referral to mofit. I do not recommend this provider at all.
