Terrible terrible customer service! Turned in New Patient paperwork over 5 weeks ago. I call the local 352 number during day listed on their business card. Goes to a call center in Philippines, then ask to transfer to local Homosassa office and person there says to call ms Liz in Inverness office. Leave messages day after day and no call backs. Terrible customer service. Stay away as far as possible.

If I could give zero stars I would. Front desk was extremely nice. Dr Wallace on the other hand was not. I had brought up my medical history. Every time I brought up a problem that I have because of it she dismissed. I also got told on three separate occasions that I am too complicated. I also got told that I am not run of the mill. She told me that they try to not do referrals and take care of it in house.

Had an appointment scheduled. I waited an hour past my appointment and still was not seen I finally had to get up and leave Unprofessional and ridiculous. Do not recommend.

I have been going to suncoast primary care specialist for over a year and most offices, you have to wait months as a new patient. I did not have to wait I got an appointment right away. I have been treated by all medical staff, And they have the been knowledgeable, kind, helpful and listen to what you have to say. No problems here. Frank Simkins

Cannot get anything accomplished ladies blatantly lied to my face saying she. Was at a center for elderly or a children's center that the dr. wasnt there. Saw him getting in car after I left and had to come back for a paper that was never written out for me smh . Wow told me I should go to paint management after he knows I battles with opioids for a long time too me 15 years to o erco e that addiction and he says I should go back to Dr I have no use for . That pisses me off . Bre kinridge and the crew there are slipping I. Just a few years that office has gone to the wayside. Long waits disho eat reception what else do they like about .
