If you want a vet who truly cares about animals, then I recommend you try Dr. Hall. I have never had to wait more than 15min for my appointment and I have never felt rushed when in front of Dr. Hall with my dog, Duke. Duke is a 12 1/2 year lab and we have moved all over Florida for my job and I have never had a vet like this; one who shows true compassion for the animal she treats. She also has a lovely staff who make you feel welcomed and they truly care about the well being of each animal who comes through the door.

We have been bringing our lizards and dog to Dr. Hall and her staff for years now and they are caring and compassionate. My leopard gecko ori always had issues and unfortunately ended up needing to be put down. Dr. Hall instead of charging me put my little dude to rest without charging me I was very upset at the time but her showing that bit of compassion showed her true colors. We will always bring our pets here because we know they are in good hands.

I cannot believe how my husband and I were treated by Dr. Hall and her staff. On Monday, December 29th I called your office to get an appointment with my cat. Mind you, you have been his vet since we got him in April, 2019. You diagnosed him with kidney problems in January of 2025. You also did dental surgery on him on December 9th. When I called on 12/29 I spoke to Suzanne and asked if I could get an appointment because the cat was not acting very well. She put me on hold, spoke to Dr. Hall and said they were going to be to busy the next three weeks and to take my cat to another vet and get another opinion. How outrageous. You could have taken at least 15 minutes of your time to see him. I in fact did take my cat to an emergency clinic. Not only did my cat have ulcers in his mouth

Dr. Hall and her staff are nothing less then great! I was in a very hard spot when I found out my neighbor wasn't taking care of our neighborhood cat Ze Ze. She had her litter box in the garage and would leave the door closed to the house a lot. The cat couldn't get to her box so got an intense badder infection. She was full of fleas therefore, chewing and licking her hair like mad. Dr. HALL found two her balls in her butt canal the size of golf balls. That's why she couldn't poop! Thank God for her taking me right way or Ze Ze would be dead! Dr. Hall didn't know me and I was not a customer yet being fairly new to the area. I highly recommend her! She has has a big heart! ❤️

Exceptional care from Dr. Hall and her staff. My 15 yr old dog is on heart meds, and was having symptoms that were very concerning to me. I called them and they got me in less than 2 hours later. It happened to just be allergies and after a quick allergy shot she was all better lol but they blow my expectations out of the water, I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Hall, the vet techs, front desk staff, and everyone who may be in between that helps run this ship smoothly. All vets are expensive, it’s Medical Care, but I can say Dr. Hall and her vet techs are very transparent and make you aware of EVERYTHING. I’ve seen some reviews and some people need to get a grip on their reality and unrealistic expectations.
