We've used this pharmacy for years. Even though we had to go to other pharmacies due to insurance coverage- when we could we always come back here. Very nice employees and very good at their jobs! Marvin, Cindy and Andrew are the best! Always helpful to us when we encounter issues with prescriptions. Or just super friendly when we stop by. Keep up the good work- means a lot! If anyone needs a good place to fill prescriptions this is where to go!
I don't know what the hell is going on in Publix Pharmacy but it has been the absolute worst as of late been lied to and screamed at been given wrong medications and they were very dangerous medications for anyone else to take. If I remember correctly they were antipsychotics. The next time I was given blood pressure medication instead of Oxycodone even after he had to ask me for my license. I got home and then I had to come back and plead with them because the first thing they think of is that you're a drug addict. I'm sick of it, I will never step foot into Publix again
You guys really need to stop letting people who's prescriptions aren't ready yet sit in the drive thru waiting 20 minutes and holding everyone else up. The drive thru should be for people who's prescriptions have already been filled.
Wow it’s amazing how far downhill this pharmacy has gone over the years. I am so sick and tired of having to explain myself every time I refill my prescription just to be ignored. I am sick of going out of my way to explain details to avoid certain problems ahead of time just to be ignored and the problems still happen. Especially since this is 100% something I need to always have due to my condition. Extremely disappointing.
Marvin or Bobbie are the best pharmacist in the area. They take time to listen and answer or if you just want to talk they have an open ear and a shoulder if needed....Fast passed unless flu season and they do offer the shots if not free thru ins. At a very low rate... Plus a great place to pick up a few groceries while you wait
