Wonderful experience! As a new patient, I came prepared with copies of my reports and scans and Dr Backus and I went through all of my issues. What I really liked about this is everyone with whom I associated in this practice listens, and then provides advice. On time appointment! They offer blood work in the office so I don't have to make a second trip to a lab. Very Convenient and much appreciated.

Really clean waiting area, bathrooms and patient rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff and Doctor, and quick service!! Doctor communicated everything so well and made sure I understood the tests and next steps. Highly recommend coming here, will definitely be back again if I need anything else!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bakus and her wonderful nurse! They truly helped me through a difficult time with thyroid imbalance and anxiety. Dr. Bakus took the time to run all the right tests and really listened to my concerns. She is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and caring—it made such a difference in my healing journey. Her nurse was just as compassionate and supportive, always making me feel comfortable and heard. I also love that my insurance is accepted, which made everything more accessible. I’m feeling so much better thanks to their care!

It’s a very professional place. I saw Amanda the nurse practitioner. She was very kind understanding and helpful. And her nurse was as well. I would highly recommend them. They gave me some options to follow through with for some relief of my pain.
