I could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the entire team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and compassion. Every member of the staff was approachable, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to delivering high-quality patient care. I was especially impressed by the teamwork and attention to detail throughout the encounter. The level of emergency care provided was exceptional, reflecting strong medical expertise and a clear commitment to practicing at a high standard while maintaining empathy and effective communication.

I was here with a family member recently and they were awesome. Dr. Avila was prompt, courteous, and professional. Several days later, I came down with a respiratory infection. There was a little miscommunication with the office staff over my follow up advice, but the staff was courteous. The doctor once again went the extra mile to help. Since I am a nurse, I realize that the staff never knows who, with what condition will walk into their office, but they do try very hard to be polite and make you as comfortable as they can.

This urgent care center is awesome. Lisa, the NP is knowledgeable, compassionate and listens to you. The nurses-Alyssa and Whitney were fantastic also. Let’s not forget Katie at the front desk..friendly and proficient. Also, Tim in X-ray-great! The next time I need an urgent care, it will be definitely be there. 10 stars!!

This place is as good as ANY local hospital. Derek is my favorite. Back in May he took awhile to check me out and the reason was he wanted to make sure and checked with the doctor associated with the clinic. He said he thinks I have Lukemia AML and he was 100 % accurate. I have given his name and this place to many people. BEST IN THE AREA BY FAR.

This place has the diagnostic resources for evaluation. I had Lisa Alexander, ARNP, who was knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on in my situation. She also has an exceptional "bed side" manner. Very good diagnosis. We use a lot of alternative care and there was no high pressure to take her recommended path of care. This is now my 1st choice for an urgent care facility. I highly recommend this facility.
