Sun River Health Brentwood Urgent Care

Whenever I have an appointment, from beginning to end they welcome you. The guy in front is very patient, professional, and always accessible for any help I need. The girls in front are the same, the nurses and the doctors make you feel like family and not just another patient. Make an appointment always so you don't have to wait... obviously if you go without an appointment they will attend to you, but you have to be aware that you will wait, and it's not will be the staff's fault since they follow their protocol (and patients with an appointment will go first.) Very good service!.

This has to be the worse urgent care I’ve ever went to. I’m pregnant and have been sitting here for 2 hours. I’ve gotten Covid test quicker at cvs then here. They take you from the waiting room for an hour and placed me in a room by myself for another hour and a half. Just to test for Covid or the flu. This location truly needs to be closed

This clinic is totally unprofessional , first they give they give their patients appointments at the same time making the waiting room a hell to stay in , another thing they love to do is keep the patients waiting which delays everybody and takes even more time out of our day . I understand everyone has to do things and a clinic can be a very hectic place but they are highly unprofessional!!!

I am patient of this center for 9 years, no complaints about the staff, they always treat me very kind, only thing they need to improve is the appointment time.

Never go to this place if you are sick, they always have a excuse for no attending you in urgent care.
