Giving 1 star because there is no option for zero. The ladies at desk are very rude and unprofessional. My son had an appointment and was 26 mins late because they instructed us wrong and when arriving after a two and a half hour drive the tried to turn us away. I tried to explain that the set up the appointment that way which one girl admitted to and yet they still wanted to argue with me through the glass they are hiding behind because lets be clear they would never speak to people like that outside the office. Long story short i Would NEVER recommend anyone to go there not even my worst enemy. Legit the worst place I've ever taken my child to be seen.

Brighter Dental is just that, BRIGHT lol PUN INTENDED! Clean facilities on the second floor catching all of the sunshine while getting your teeth cleaned lol it is an upscale dentistry experience!! The team is accommodating and gracious!!! Always willing to help!! Scheduling a consultation for bondings and an implant because I am so comfortable with their work!! I come for regular cleanings and am impressed with all things Brighter Dental!!!!

My appointment was scheduled for 12:30, and I arrived early at 12:11. Unfortunately, I was never called. After waiting for quite some time, I asked how many people were ahead of me and was told I was next. Despite that, three other people were called before me, and I still wasn’t seen afterward. I ended up waiting until 1:30 before I finally had to leave. On top of that, the receptionists were very rude and dismissive when I tried to ask about the delay. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and made me feel like my time was not respected. DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!!

Written by Cynara former paitient. I canceled my upcoming cleaning appointment for March 2026. I would never step foot back in this dental office. Be warn of this dental office in brentwood. This is the worst dental office to go to. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I took X-Rays for a Wisdom Tooth removal at an Oral Surgeon in Plainview 2 days prior to my appointment. So I ask the Oral Surgeon to send over the images to this office so I wouldn't have to get X-Ray again. I called this office and they gave me an email to email my recent X-Rays. When I got here I reminded the receptionist I sent my X-Ray to their email they gave me over the phone. I told the dental hygienist/dental assistant I recently took X-Rays and they should have the images. She didn't listen she insisted I take anot

I really wanted to like this place because its clean but that is the only good thing. The doctors are professional but they are mute they won't talk unless you ask them questions, the ladies at the front are so disrespectful they fought with my insurance representative infront of everyone over the phone , it was kinda embarrassing, they did not send my insurance the information for my 2 cavities so the insurance wouldn't pay for it, thus it had to be an out of pocket filling , I call my insurance there was NO TRACE of preauthorization or any records for my 2 cavities fillings. The place is pack with unhappy people for sure.
