Susan is the absolute best! If you're hurting, she can help! She is absolutely amazing at what she does! This should be touted as "Muscular Therapy", because her therapeutic massage is not the touchy-Feely waste of time you get at a spa. I'm a regular customer & will continue to be!

My best friends birthday is on Tuesday (8/4/20). I am a single mother of 2 and due to Covid lost one of my jobs, so I am not able to afford much as a gift for her currently. I spent my last $30 on a gift card and booked her a massage therapy appointment for the day of her birthday about a week prior. I received a text after 9:30p on Saturday night (8/1/20) from Susan saying that she is going out of town due to family and is unable to make the appt. While I hope all is well with her family- I am now out the only money I had for a gift for my best friend and now nothing to show for it. I am very disappointed that no one else is able to give my best friend a massage and now I have to wait on a refund and have no way to do anything. I can't comment on this place yet. What I do know is no one answers the phone, which is very irritating. I don't know about you, but I'd like to at least hear the voice of who I'm going to take my clothes off for. You know just trying to feel the vibe of who I'm dealing with. If it wasn't for this gift card that was given to me. I swear I wouldn't go. I'll let you know how it goes😏
