My mom was a patient at the facility twice and each time Ashely Isaac’s professionalism and knowledge made the experience at registration easy and comfortable. My mom unfortunately passed away the second time and Ashley facilitated the privacy we needed leading up to her passing to get through such a difficult time. This facility needs to do better with their NIGHT SHIFT STAFF, they act as if they don’t want to do their job and care for the patients. They had my grandfather sitting in his own feces multiple times because they’re ignoring his call light and when they see he needs changing because of their wrong doing he gets verbally and emotionally attacked with attitude and complaints. Don’t work in the medical field if you don’t want to genuinely help others. It’s sad that people only join the medical field for the aesthetics and “trends”; it’s pathetic, tacky and sad. I would not recommend no family even bothering to entertain this place. Please get new staff ASAP.

Sumter East has the best activities director Mrs. Jones. She truly has a passion and a calling to serve the residents. They are so very blessed to have Mrs. Jones .
