This appointment was with a fill-in provider, not the physician I normally see, and it was my first and only interaction with Dr. Sureka. From the start, the interaction felt dismissive and judgmental. When I stated that I felt judged, the response was simply, “Yeah,” with no clarification, empathy, or effort to address the concern. Despite having no red flags in my medical history, I felt treated as though I were drug-seeking. I have diagnosed cervical stenosis, multiple herniated discs, and scoliosis. Here since I got over 19,000 views on my reviews I guess i'll leave one ESPECIALLY how I was treated during my last nerve block! The anesthesiologist didn't even know I was still there hours after my procedure then they tried to push me out when I asked if they forgot about me! Then got 1 of my scripts wrong and left me without meds for over 20 days and refused to fix it but its also a HIPPA violation when ur on a personal call laughing and cutting up with them on the phone instead of taking care of ur patient! I thought Dr. Do was different but he's the same as all the others he only cares about 1 side and if he really cared he'd be calling me himself but I guess he's above all that! Dr. An Do is great. He listens, ask questions, makes recommendations and ultimately provided the care my mother needs. I think another doctor was there previously and received low patient satisfaction.

I scheduled an appointment here and gave them my Health Insurance. I drove all the way to my appointment and was on time. They then proceeded to tell me that they don’t take my health insurance and that it was $500 for me to see the doctor. I am a bit shocked. They didn’t call me ahead of time before I took time off of work and drove all the way over there to let me know they don’t take my health insurance. I think they just were banking on the fact I might be desperate and just pay the $500. I told them my self-pay doctor appointments all the time because my health insurance isn’t that great since I’m self-employed and I said the $500 was astronomically high and I’m shocked that it’s that much to see a doctor. Took my sister there the first time and the place was cold . The people at the desk were laughing, cracking jokes. It was not what i expected in a professional place. Today I took her back . She has been in pain for weeks. The place was crowded. They didn’t have enough chairs for everyone to sit. Some stood. We waited an hour after her appointment, so finally ask when she would be seeing a doctor . They said they hadn’t given her chart to doctor yet! Seriously! We had to leave because I was driving and can’t drive in the dark, so we had to reschedule. Never seen anything like this place!
