Summit Orthopedics with Urgent Care Vadnais Heights

I have had a great experience at Summit with multiple things, most recently a total knee replacement and have another coming up. From the start with Dr. Pepin and team helping determine the best path to follow leading me to Dr. Sandhu and his whole team, they have been great. They are very thorough, and caring. They make sure you understand what is going on and really listen to you and your concerns. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. I have had multiple experiences with PT at this location also and have had great luck working with Josh. He is my favorite. He is very kind, but pushes you while learning your limits. He’s a smart guy, very personable. Urgent care has been smooth and easy the few times I have used them.

Very little wait time. Staff is warm, friendly, and professional. The doctors I have seen have both been knowledgeable and listened carefully to me. Procedures that needed to be scheduled were done efficiently, as well as follow up appointments. I feel well cared for with the expertise of Dr. Kevin Lingren and Dr. Connor Richardson and their team members.

So I actaully love the drs and staff here they are all very professional and good at their jobs. My issue is I had two different issues going on so I had two appts today 3 and half hrs apart. I was on time for my second appt and checked in ( I always pre check as well) well it was 2 pm and pretty soon it was almost 3 and nobody had called me. There are no signs I could see that if you waited for x amount of time to check in. But I had waited almost a hour. Well somehow the women who checked me in didnt really check me. Mistakes happen I understand but then I was told I would have to be pushed another hour or more. Again mistakes happen but I had to get my hubby to another appt. I am in management so things happen but then we make them right. I ended up having to re-schedule for a total dif

The Summit team was transparent and went above and beyond to ensure I stayed on track with my recovery. I worked with Dr. Delaney and Dr. Rupke, and their teams didn’t miss a beat. These doctors truly understood what I needed and made sure those needs were met. Thank you, Dr. Delaney and Dr. Rupke, for your exceptional care and dedication!

I was very impressed with the thorough process that Summit used to help me through the Total Knee Replacement journey with Dr Wickum and his team. Once the decision was made to proceed they provided a program for pre-surgery, the surgery itself, and the post-surgery including Physical Therapy. They provided excellent written documents, timelines, and maintained personal contact with me. I have finished my formal PT and was pleased with the progress made withTyler Cogswell. I’m looking forward to getting my life back by continuing to follow Summit’s recommendations.
