Excellent massage from Chelsea. I felt much better after the session, even my gait felt more natural. My injured Achilles tendon area was worked with just the right amount of pressure. Very nice work.

I just started going to Helix 4q last year. And they have really helped me - backpain, knee recovery from meniscus tear that had stalled. I am skiing again! Also very flexible and friendly. Stemwave is a great tool.

Chelsea was my massage therapist. She was very nice and professional. She really took her time to loosen my super tight muscles with the deep tissue techniques. Pretty intense, but I feel so much better afterwards. Would recommend her to anyone needed a much needed massage for their aches and pain.

Two appointments in and I'm already very happy! I'm picky about my chiropractors, so I'm glad to have been referred to Dr. Josh. He's knowledgeable and thorough. It's a bit of a drive for me to get there, but its worth it. Highly recommend!
