Sullivan Pharmacy

They are anti veteran. If you use the VA go somewhere else. I'm a 100% disabled veteran, deployed to war 4 times. Theywouldn't accept my VA insurance and I had to pay out of pocket. They said it was to difficult for them to call the VA and figure it out.

We have been using Sullivan Pharmacy for years and have never had an issue. They are always friendly and helpful with us. They care for their customers unlike WalMart!

I have been using Sullivans for three years and now its time find another pharmacy. I am a Vietnam Vet and recently visited the local VA clinic and had a full physical done. When they found out I was on pain meds from Sullivans they said they would subscribe them through the VA and I told them I would use up my last subscription from Sullivans first. So when I called Sullivans to fill the last scrip they said they couldn’t because it had been six months since the scrip had been written even though Sullivan manager said she could fill it on the 7th which is on a Sunday ? So now I will have to go with out until I have an appointment with the VA agin. Sullivans rules and policies depends on which employees you talk to.

Best pharmacy around in my Opinion. I've been going for over 6 months now and they refill orders and are very polite and fast. Better then Walmart with the long lines and loud store.

I have no clue how they seem to have such good reviews. I would not recommend. As I bin with them 4 years or better. They get worse each year. Apsalutly no regard for anyone's time. Disabled on a fixed income. They are a hour away. My script is called in each month. I still call to confirm. This morning. Hour drive. It's not ready yet. Wait 30 min in truck. Go to window. For them to hand me 12 pills. When supposed to be 90. Each trip is $20 in gas not included my time. Now Have town spend another $20. Another 2 hour drive. To get my meds. I know record. When I go there. Cause I am filing a complaint. I can't afford to let them do me like this now a year later. Same problem. My srcrip is always called in. And they have never 1 time has it ready for pic up. a 1 hour drive round trip. Today
