CoxHealth Harrison Clinic

I have been here a few times now. The wait times have been fairly good for a doctors office. Personally I love my doctor she is the best. The only negative thing I hand to say about this Cox clinic is that if you call for your doctor you always have to leave a message and so far every time I never get a call back and am told one of the girls probably deleted the message. Luckily however if you sign up to use the portal the doctor always receives your messages. Overall I like this place but they lost 1 star because they just delete your messages which is pretty terrible.

Dr. Branscum makes going to the doctors office a little bit easier. He is a very prompt, professional, and kind doctor. He makes sure that everything is explained at a level where you understand and all your questions are answered before you leave. His staff is equally amazing. They give you a warm welcome and answers all the questions and concerns they have the authority to. I couldn't ask for a better overall doctors office experience, I am pleased to have the opportunity to be cared for by everyone at this clinic.

Kinda hard to rate the new place as Dr. BRANSCUM is great. The new building is a nightmare. I was told to make an appt at checkout for lab work Friday with the nurse. I went to the checkin/checkout outside locked doors to make an appt but no one was there, I could not get back in to nurse's desk because both doors are locked. I called this morning and they would not schedule me for lab as they are booked solid. She didnt even try to get help for me. I told the nurse that I could come 24th but she said no, this Friday. So not getting the help I need makes me wished we were at old place where we were treated by same nurse, receptionist and could get help immediately. So I am not sure if going here is worth my time.

Dr. Branscum is a very good doctor. He takes time to listen and is very patient with you. He will explain everything he is doing to help you.

Very friendly, everyone listens to what you say with interest! Dr. Sits down and listens to your problems and helps set up things and advises you of what should be addressed first! I left feeling someone actually had my back and was helping me with my health problems! Thank you Dr Branscum and staff!
