They sent an invoice TWO YEARS after my husbands procedure when we were already retired and no longer had coverage. I tried several times to contact billing person who never returned my calls. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Generally all positive experiences here, dr. Polina is great! Everybody is so nice. Except one time I needed an emergency appointment and Dr. Polina was unavailable. The other doctor was rude and dismissive of my warranted concerns.

Dr Pollina and his staff are great. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs. They make you feel comfortable with everything. They answered any question I had. Very professional and great bedside manners.
